Jennifer Pinkerton of Pinkerton Psychotherapy
We are deeply honored to welcome Jen Pinkerton to the Legacy Grove Gardens Board of Directors, where she will play a pivotal role in developing our grief counseling services.
Jen is a highly accomplished psychotherapist, high-performance coach, sexologist, writer, speaker, and founder and host of the REDHEADREVEAL® podcast. As the owner of Pinkerton Psychotherapy, Jen has dedicated her career to helping individuals uncover the depths of their connectedness within relationships and sexuality. She is passionate about understanding the root causes of beliefs and behaviors that hinder success and is committed to assisting people in rediscovering their true selves—free from the limitations imposed by trauma.
As a change agent, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. Her unique expertise will be invaluable as we expand our offerings to include comprehensive grief counseling services, ensuring that Legacy Grove Gardens becomes a sanctuary for healing and growth.

Amanda Duchach Sharma of Ema
Amanda is the visionary founder of Ema, a groundbreaking platform that is revolutionizing women’s health care through the power of generative AI.
Under Amanda’s leadership, Ema has successfully navigated several funding rounds, raising millions of dollars to advance the platform's mission. Her ability to secure significant investments is a testament to her vision and the urgent need for innovative solutions in women's health care. By attracting this level of support, Amanda has positioned Ema as a vital resource in the quest to improve health outcomes for women, ensuring that the platform can continue to grow and reach more users.
At Legacy Grove Gardens, Amanda’s expertise in technology, community building, and successful fundraising will be invaluable as we seek to leverage innovative solutions and expand our impact. Traci Donatto
We are proud to welcome Traci Donatto to the Legacy Grove Gardens Board of Advisors. With 20 years of experience in urban planning, strategic communications, and economic development, Traci has been instrumental in securing over $150 million in federal grants and leading equity initiatives on major public transit projects.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Traci is deeply committed to social justice, actively participating in the disability justice movement in Texas and various mutual aid efforts in Houston. She is also training to become a grief doula, further enhancing her ability to support individuals through the complexities of grief and loss.
Traci’s dedication to empowering communities and her holistic approach to development and care make her a vital addition to our advisory board.

Heather Sholl of Village Gym
We are excited to welcome Heather Sholl to the Legacy Grove Gardens Board of Advisors. Heather is the owner of Village Gym, a cutting-edge health and wellness center that has redefined fitness through its holistic approach.
In addition to her leadership at Village Gym, Heather is the co-founder of Boot Campaign, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2009. Boot Campaign is dedicated to supporting America’s military community by addressing the unique challenges faced by service members during and after their service. Through its customized and holistic care programs, Boot Campaign ensures that 87 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to helping veterans and their families.
Heather’s commitment to both wellness and community service aligns perfectly with our mission at Legacy Grove Gardens, and we are honored to have her expertise on our advisory board.

Candace Thomas of Bespoke Communications
We are thrilled to welcome Candace Thomas to the Legacy Grove Gardens Board of Advisors. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and creative agency work, Candace is a strategic leader in branding and marketing.
Her passion for strategy and creative excellence was honed at Jack Morton Worldwide, where, as Vice President and Account Director, she delivered exceptional work for clients such as Procter & Gamble, H&R Block, Allstate, and Abbott Pharmaceuticals. In 2010, Candace founded Luxe...With Kids, a popular lifestyle website that partnered with brands like The Four Seasons, Disney, L'Oreal, and Verizon to create engaging content. Today, she is a partner at Bespoke Communications, where she leverages her extensive expertise to help clients establish and grow their brand presence through strategic marketing and communication.
Candace’s deep knowledge of branding and marketing strategy makes her a valuable addition to our advisory board, where she will guide our efforts to strengthen Legacy Grove Gardens’ connection with the community.

Tyler Erickson
As Managing Director and Regional Partner for Colorado at Vista Residential Partners, Tyler is a key figure in the acquisition and development of multifamily projects ranging from $50-150M. His responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating opportunities, managing entitlements, and overseeing the design and construction phases. Additionally, Tyler expertly manages project financials, including proformas, budgets, and cost reports, ensuring each development meets its financial targets.
Before joining Vista, Tyler spent eight years at McWhinney Real Estate Services, where he played a pivotal role in entitling and constructing over 1,800 residential units across Colorado’s Front Range. His extensive experience in real estate development is complemented by his active involvement in the Urban Land Institute, CU Boulder Young Alumni Council, and BUILT Colorado.
Tyler’s expertise in real estate development and his commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to our advisory board as we continue to grow and innovate at Legacy Grove Gardens.
